I WAS HAVING A PROBLEM WITH ACID LEAKING ON MY DRIVEWAY FROM MY GOLF CART, SO A FRIEND TOLD ME ABOUT BATTERY MATS HE HAD GOTTEN THEM FOR HIS,
SO I ORDERED 6 FOR UNDER EACH BATTERY WE GOT THEM ON THERE, AND THERE IS NOT A DROP OF ACID ON MY DRIVEWAY, WHAT A GREAT PRODUCT. I WOULD RECOMMENED THEM HIGHLY, THEY REALLY WORKED FOR ME.

This is an obscure product, but not unimportant! Those of us who spend some time on under-the-hood details need things like this. I have a small Lotus 7 replica with a small battery--custom mount. This pad is easily cut to fit. I bought 3 in case I get caught in a storm again!

My whole house generator has an enclosed battery compartment. Although I service it yearly I noticed the battery compartment becoming corroded where the battery sits in that there is a constant trickle charge and the fact that there is no battery box. I purchased this product and covered the entire base where the battery sits. According to reviews the product should last 3 years. I have to wait to see how the base is after several months. Hopefully this will prolong the life of the battery compartment.
