If battery voltage drains below 11.7 volts when engine is off, it automatically disconnects the load. The battery voltage immediately recovers. Since I found out about this product and installed it in a customer's vehicle, I have sold several more. They are great to have on your "weekend" car that is driven rarely or installed on vehicles with parasitic battery drains to avoid costly and otherwise unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend this product.

it works as described. have an intermittent draw on the battery that couldn't be found. no more jump starting, tap the brakes, turn the ignition and go.

This is a neat & very useful product especially if you have a battery drain problem.my vehicle has a pretty bad drain and I've spent way to much money trying to find it with no success so I decided to give this a try and it helped me out slot now I don't have to jump my truck every morning when I start it because with this item it kills all te power when the battery reaches 11.7v and you just push the brake pedal in to get your power back.a few things I would like to see is the ability to choose the voltage level when it kicks off & I would like to see it made a little stronger it's not weak but I think it could be made a little better and also the strap that wraps around the battery to hold it on is basically worthless.but I would definitely recommend this to ANYONE with a parasitic drain or any kind of battery drainage problem.I received it very fast as well. I would rate 4 1/2 stars

Being human, I left the interior lights on in my 2010 Honda Odyssey three times in the past 12 months - causing the battery to discharge completely twice and requiring a recharge. Since I'm an event photographer, reliability is paramount so a dead battery is not acceptable.

This device totally prevents an accidental discharge by automatically disconnecting at 11.7V. Best yet, it automatically reconnects when I turn on the ignition!

Took 20 mins to install with basic tools.

EVERY VEHICLE SHOULD BE DELIVERED WITH ONE!
